Operations Coordinator
The Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property. As a founding member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing systems, processes, and safety protocols to guarantee compliance and operational efficiency.
About the Role
* System Implementation: Manage project handovers from builders and project managers, implementing all necessary systems, processes, and safety protocols.
* Maintenance Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of preventative and reactive maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
* Safety Protocols: Develop, document, and maintain safety and maintenance protocols aligned with local regulations and industry standards.
