My Client has recently been awarded this contract, and you will be responsible for resourcing and recruiting for an electronics and distribution facility, providing warehousing operatives. You will build and maintain a very strong client relationship to ensure that you fully understand the client's needs, and ensure that you have a suitable and quality workforce to meet the clients demands.
Responsibilities
* Completing return to work
* Managing productivity
* Liaising with Training department to arrange training & inductions
* Collating data to prepare MI & KPI reports
* Adding workers to internal databases & systems
* General admin
* Attending client meetings
