About The Role
This varied role involves visiting construction sites, liaising with contractors to ensure health and safety standards are met, managing your schedule with on-site visits and administrative tasks, and partnering with stakeholders to promote onsite safety. You will also manage relationships with key suppliers and contractors.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Conduct HSE inspections and audits at Melbourne sites, interacting with trades, contractors, and suppliers
* Assist with contractor and supplier approval processes, ensuring compliance (e.g., SWMS)
* Support HSE projects
* Receive ongoing training and support from a supportive team
Desired Skills and Experience
* Certificate IV in WHS or OHS, or working towards it
* Previous experience in HSE or workplace safety is desirable
* Experience in residential construction or similar industry is desirable
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact with trades onsite
* Experience with safety applications (e.g., Linksafe, Lucidity) is desirable
