Our company is looking for an experienced Tilt Tray Driver for our busy company located in the South West of WA
Minimum 6 months tilt tray driving experience required.
General truck driving experience will be considered for candidates demonstrating relevant heavy vehicle operation skills.
Candidates without tilt tray experience must possess a minimum of 6 months general truck driving experience.
Tasks
* Driving tilt tray trucks
* Use tilt tray equipment to winch vehicles and salvage items onto tilt deck
* Transport freight between locations
* Ensure weights of freight comply with load limitations
* Ensure weight is distributed evenly when loading tilt tray
* Ensure safety of vehicles, and surrounding environment when loading truck
* Maintain vehicles, carry out quality checks to ensure trucks are in optimal working order
* Report maintenance issues to manager
* Keep records of freighted items
Requirements
Must hold a HR class driver's licence. Candidates must possess HR licence or higher classification (HC/MC) for heavy vehicle operation.
Must have HR license and be willing to work weekends and public holidays. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required on a monthly roster basis.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
