About the Company
I'm partnering with a well-established property group known for its professional, supportive culture and diverse portfolio. They're seeking a detail‑oriented Property Support Officer to join their operations team.
About the Role
This is a key support role where you'll ensure smooth financial, administrative, and operational processes across the portfolio. You'll work closely with senior leaders, site teams, and external providers to keep everything running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
* Process supplier invoices, tenant charges and accounts tasks
* Assist with monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting
* Maintain lease info, schedules and portfolio documentation
* Monitor arrears and support follow‑up actions
* Coordinate contractors and service providers
* Provide administrative support to property and facilities staff
* Ensure accuracy across systems and databases
What We Are Looking For
* Experience in property, finance or operational administration
* Knowledge of commercial or retail property processes (compliance advantageous)
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Confident communicator and stakeholder manager
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Experience with MRI, Vision or similar systems is highly regarded
