We are currently looking for Associate to SA level lawyers with solid construction / project procurement experience, with particular exposure to commercial transactional matters within large scale projects. This role is a long-term contract within Pinsent Masons' client teams.

These roles are contract roles, and so would suit someone looking to get involved in a variety of work whilst maintaining a flexible lifestyle. We have options from long term contracts running 5 days a week to part-week opportunities.
We have a particular need in Melbourne at the moment for an Energy sector client looking for someone to commit to a long-term contract running into at least first quarter 2027:
Candidate profile
* At least 5 years PAE (up to 20+ years)
* Solid front-end experience including procurement or supply agreements, service agreements, contract advisory and administration
* An added advantage would be alternative energy sector exposure
* The ability to take on an independent workload under the supervision and guidance of a Partner or senior counsel
* An ability to work flex your style to the style of the client
* An ability to manage multiple stakeholders
