What You'll Do
* Provide scheduled and ad hoc onsite and remote support to systemsGo clients.
* Troubleshoot IT infrastructure and network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
* Install, configure, and test computer and network systems for projects.
* Assist with engineering tasks under the guidance of Service Delivery Manager.
* Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams about system status and requirements.
* Monitor and escalate critical issues to management when necessary.
* Support the sales team by gathering technical information during client visits.
* Follow systemsGo's methodologies to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
* Continuously develop your IT and communication skills to stay ahead in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For
* Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* 3+ years' experience in IT end-user support or service delivery.
* Hands-on experience with office IT environments (PCs, printers, peripherals).
* Knowledge of network infrastructure (cabling, circuits, network devices).
* Strong customer service skills—able to explain technical issues clearly and summarize results effectively.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following instructions to completion.
* Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning.
* Language: Professional English required
Technical Skills
* Microsoft certifications (Windows 7/8/10 MCP/MCITP, MCSA/MCSE) highly desirable.
* Office 365 administration experience.
* Video conferencing support (Cisco WebEx, Zoom, Polycom).
* Windows Server and Microsoft services (AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, GPO).
* Networking experience (firewalls, switches).
* Familiarity with VDI, Microsoft Azure, MDM solutions.
* Project coordination experience is a plus.
