Material Planning Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Material Planning Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring materials and parts availability to ensure timely delivery for operations.
This is a critical position that plays a key role in maintaining efficient supply chain operations and supporting the overall performance of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain material requirements planning schedules based on business needs.
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials.
* Monitor inventory levels and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and availability.
* Implement inventory control strategies to minimize excess stock and reduce waste.
* Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage material storage and handling.
* Analyze material usage and inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics Engineering/Logistics Management or equivalent work experience.
* Full Australian work rights.
* Clean National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain.
Preferred Qualifications:
* 3+ years of relevant administrative experience in a progressive corporate or global business teamwork environment, preferably in the aviation sector.
* Solid analytical skills.
* Solid computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and experience with inventory systems (SAP).
* Organizational and time management skills.
* Relationship management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to build collaborative working relationships.
* Able to work under high-demanding/stressful environments to meet customer deadlines.
