Support Worker Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate support workers to join our team.
The successful candidates will be working in residential and community settings, providing person-centred support to young people with complex needs and behaviours of concern.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to empower youth and individuals with disabilities to achieve their personal goals, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering trauma-informed care and support
* Working flexible shifts, including am, pm, night, and sleepover shifts
Requirements for the role include:
* A diploma or higher in community services, youth work, mental health, or a related field
* Experience in managing behaviours of concern (BOC)
* Required documentation includes a Working with Children Check (WWCC), NDIS worker screening check, National Police Check (within 12 months), current First Aid & CPR, and a driver's licence (preferably with own transport)
