Responsibilities
* Lead Collaborative Partnerships: Act as a trusted partner with Marketing and Innovation teams, fostering engaged and transparent relationships and driving impactful decision‑making processes aligned with strategic goals.
* Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee monthly accounting recognition, deliver comprehensive performance analysis with actionable insights, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Strategic Business Planning: Spearhead initiatives by developing robust financial models and forecasts, aligning financial strategy with business objectives to drive sustainable growth.
* Regional Operations & Controls: Manage regional operations ensuring adherence to financial controls, compliance standards, and operational efficiency.
* Drive Continuous Improvement: Champion continuous improvement efforts within finance, streamlining workflows, enhancing productivity and elevating team capabilities.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years as a Chartered Accountant, with 7‑9 years professional experience, ideally within FMCG. Demonstrated expertise in business partnership and budget management.
* Strong track record of building effective partnerships with cross‑functional teams, particularly in marketing and innovation, influencing decision‑making and driving collaborative initiatives.
* Extensive experience in financial budgeting, forecasting, budgeting and Integrated Business Planning (IBP), managing complex financial processes efficiently.
* Strong analytical skills, developing sophisticated models to evaluate ROI of marketing spend and providing strategic insights driving growth.
