Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction

3. Manage inventory, labour costs, and other operational aspects of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and profitability

4. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business plans and strategies
\
5. Monitor and control food costs, waste, and quality to maintain high standards
\
6. Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies
\
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
\
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive business growth and improvement
\
9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
\
10. Make informed decisions that balance financial and operational considerations
\
11. Improve customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
\
12. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
\
13. Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and external stakeholders

Requirements:

58. Minimum 5+ years' experience in restaurant management
