An Estimator is sought by a busy Commercial Fit Out Contractor in Inner City Sydney, to manage tenders on commercial office fit outs in the $500k to $2 million range.

Working for a busy Tier 3 Fit Out Contractor on commercial office fit out and projects from $500k to $2 million
You will be reporting to an Estimating Manager, and working with a small established estimating team.
$120k - 160k package

Reporting to an Estimating Manager
Client base consists of real estate developers and asset management companies
Projects to $2 million
30 staff in the business
15 years trading history

You Will Have
A Construction Management Degree or similar
2 years previous estimating experience with Principal Fit Out Contractor in NSW is essential
Commercial office fit out experience highly sought
Driven and keen to progress your career with a busy contractor
Experience tendering office fit out projects over $500k
A steady career history and previous estimating background
Solid sub-contractor network
Strong software experience, Cost X and MS Suite advantageous.
