We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a **Music Training Manager for Artists with Disabilities**. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and lead inclusive music training programs, providing a platform for artists of all abilities to explore and develop their musical talents and engage with music culture and industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and implement tailored music training programs for artists with disabilities. 
- Develop adaptive music curricula that cater to diverse abilities, incorporating innovative teaching methods and adaptive technology. 
- Conduct engaging and inclusive music training sessions, providing individualized support to participants. 
- Collaborate with disability organizations, music industry stakeholders, and educators to enhance program reach and impact. 
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in the music industry, raising awareness about the unique challenges faced by artists with disabilities. 
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that celebrates diversity and empowers participants.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Music Education or a related field. 
- Proven experience in designing and implementing inclusive music training programs. 
- Strong teaching and facilitation skills, with experience working with individuals with disabilities. 
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
