Senior People & Culture Business Partner, Strategic Partnerships
Clerk Grade: 9/10. Salary Range: $129,464 - $142,665 + super. Employment Type: Full-Time, Temporary opportunity for up to 6 months. A Talent Pool will be created from this recruitment for future opportunities. Location: Sydney, Gosford, or Parramatta - Flexible working conditions available across NSW. This role offers an opportunity to apply strategic expertise and drive impact within the Department of Customer Service (DCS).
About the Opportunity: We are seeking talented and highly driven people practitioners to join our People & Culture, Strategic Partnerships team. Focusing on strategic partnering and consulting for DCS, this is not your usual Business Partner role. With a new team structure to enable us to better serve our customers and over 10,000 employees, the Strategic BP team blends Employee Experience, Organisational Design & Structure and HR. This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to advance their HR career.
As our Strategic Partnerships BP, you will work on interesting projects and contribute to areas such as Employee Value Propositions, Employee Engagement, and Diversity & Inclusion. You will develop strategies and policies to support the organisation's journey and partner with the business to achieve results.

Responsibilities
 * Act as a trusted partner to Executive and Senior Business Leaders and translate organisational objectives into quality organisational and talent management initiatives.
 * Partner with the business to deliver workforce initiatives that support people strategies.
 * Lead team culture reviews and provide implementation support for success.
 * Demonstrate facilitation skills to deliver strategically aligned workshops to a range of stakeholders.
 * Deliver to an audience of senior executives.
 * Lead Strategic Workforce Planning and delivery of initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
 * A customer-centric mindset and passion for community.
 * Strong ethics and values aligned to a customer service driven culture.
 * Strong facilitation skills to deliver strategically aligned workshops.
 * Strong decision-making, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
 * Background or qualifications in Organisational Psychology, Organisational Design, or related field.
 * Ability to present complex information to stakeholders across the business, including senior executives.
 * Experience or understanding of developing workplace policies, Strategic Workforce Planning, and delivery of initiatives.
