This role involves providing strategic leadership and direction for the sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and success. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Additionally, you will oversee recruitment, training, and professional development of sales consultants, as well as build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and business partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* 5–7 years' experience in real estate sales, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
* Demonstrated success in leading and motivating sales teams to consistently achieve targets
* Strong strategic thinking and business development acumen
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Education and Work Experience:
* Preferred majors: Marketing, Real Estate Management, Architecture, or related fields
* Fluent in Mandarin and English
* Management experience: Experience managing a sales team of over 10 people
