Benzini Precast Concrete is seeking a full-time Precast Concrete Labourer to join our team in Yatala, QLD. As a Precast Concrete Labourer, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and installation of high-quality precast concrete products for our diverse range of commercial and residential projects.
What you'll be doing
* Assisting with the production of precast concrete elements, including formwork, reinforcement, and pouring of concrete
* Assisting with concrete patching, honing and general finishing to ensure the highest quality of finishes for our clients
* Carrying out general labouring tasks such as loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment
* Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following all health and safety protocols
* Providing support to the wider production team as required
What we're looking for
* Experience working as a labourer in the construction or manufacturing industry, preferably with exposure to precast concrete production
* Excellent manual handling skills and the ability to lift heavy loads
* A strong commitment to safety and a willingness to follow all safety procedures and instructions
* Good problem‑solving skills and the ability to work as part of a team
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Someone that is reliable, hardworking and looking to work in a great team culture
* Experienced Steel Fixers, Form workers or Concrete finishers are also welcome to apply
