* Providing care to clients living in the community, supporting their end-of-life wishes and improving their quality of life.
* Scheduling visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes, and providing daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
* Supporting clients with community-based recreational and social activities, transportation, and assistance with shopping and appointments.
