Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the refining, petrochemical, and LNG markets with a strong focus on the Texas Gulf region.
This is a key role within the organization that requires a high level of strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
About the Role:
* Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and other means.
* Built strong relationships with key decision-makers at assigned and potential customers.
* Manage sales funnel and accurate CRM management to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
Requirements:
* Minimum 7 years of experience in sales or business development in the refining/petrochemical markets.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and receiving positive customer feedback.
* Strong negotiating skills, computer skills, presentation skills, consultative selling skills, and travel requirements.
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
