About the Role:
The key responsibilities of this position include leading the development and delivery of social emotional wellbeing strategy in alignment with organisational priorities, providing operational oversight of SEWB services including performance, budgets and funding requirements. Ensuring compliance with all legislative accreditation audit obligations provides strong people leadership supervision performance management team development working collaboratively internal leaders coordinate integrated client-centred service delivery build maintain effective stakeholder relationships ensure workplace health safety infection control standards drive continuous quality improvement best-practice culturally safe service delivery having relevant tertiary qualification psychology social services health wellbeing related discipline significant senior experience leading multidisciplinary teams within healthcare allied health or social services demonstrated ability lead people well navigate complexity foster collaborative environment ensuring high-quality responsive innovative solutions are delivered stakeholders community through impactful strategic initiatives enhancing outcomes clients employees organisation.
