**Job Title: Contract Administrator / Junior Commercial Manager**
**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee and review estimators' takeoffs during tender
Engage with the market to firm up rates during tender
Prepare tender submissions
Review and manage contracts and scopes, liaising with external parties as required
Manage sub-contractor financials, including preparing subcontracts, reviewing claims, variations, and notices
Manage procurement and letting of packages, assisting Director letting packages
Track project costs
Submit progress claims and variations to clients with input from site coordinators
Manage a team of estimators and site coordinators
**Key Skills and Experience**:
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in construction
Construction Management, QS or engineering qualification and minimum of 3 years of experience doing detailed takeoffs
**Other key points**:
Opportunity to work from home in time once through probation
Based in the Collingwood office but will travel to site from time to time.
