**The Opportunity**
In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day maintenance activities and repairs of buildings and facilities, supporting branch hire activities in our hire yard.
**About the Role**
We're looking for a reliable, enthusiastic **Maintenance & Yard All-Rounder** to support daily operations in our busy hire yard. You'll play a key role in preparing, maintaining, and servicing our modular buildings and hire equipment to the highest standard.
**Day to day duties**
- Load/unload buildings and materials
- Clean, prep and pack buildings to hire-ready condition
- Conduct minor repairs and maintenance
- Assist with asset movements, stocktakes and yard tasks
- Complete paperwork for dispatch and return of buildings
- Clean/test hire equipment upon return
- Deliver excellent customer service on-site when required
**Your background**
- Experience in building, construction or maintenance (preferred)
- Forklift licence - large forklift experience a bonus
- White Card / Construction Induction Card
- Open Driver's Licence
- Strong attention to detail & commitment to safety
- High Risk Licence (desirable)
- A positive, team-focused attitude
