One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Senior Change Manager in Canberra.
Responsibilities
* Develop the change management approach and a change management plan in collaboration with sponsors, users and project teams.
* Create and implement action plans to ensure everything is ready for the change before going live.
* Acquire change management resources and develop their capabilities to deliver the required changes.
* Develop and communicate tailored change management plans for senior stakeholder groups.
* Provide guidance and make suggestions to support change sponsors.
* Coordinate efforts with other change management specialists.
