The Role

This is a field-based sales role with real commercial weight behind it. You will inherit an established book of business and be given the tools, the territory and the backing to grow it significantly. There is genuine scope here, both within existing accounts and through new client acquisition across Melbourne and surrounding areas. The expectation is quality over volume. Structured territory planning, disciplined pipeline management and consistent conversion of well-qualified opportunities into long-term recurring revenue.

Key Responsibilities
* Building and managing a structured pipeline of new business opportunities across your territory
* Growing revenue within an established portfolio of existing client relationships
* Identifying gaps in existing service routes to improve efficiency and uncover new opportunities
* Maintaining disciplined CRM usage and reporting sales performance against KPIs monthly
* Collaborating with operations, customer service and finance teams to deliver genuine client value
* Contributing actively to a team culture built on shared accountability and performance visibility
Who We Are Looking For

Industry background is not required. The strongest performers in this team have arrived from transport, logistics, automotive, chemical and adjacent industrial sectors and gone on to thrive. What they had in common was commercial discipline, genuine hunger and the ability to back themselves.

This role suits a mid‐career B2B sales professional who is motivated by outcomes, comfortable working autonomously and ready to take real ownership of a territory.

Qualifications
* Proven B2B field sales experience
* A genuine hunter mentality with the discipline to back it up through structured territory and pipeline management
* Comfortable working autonomously and being held accountable in a transparent, performance-focused team
* Confident building relationships with a wide range of clients, from small operators through to large commercial and government accounts
* Adaptable and curious, with the ability to learn a technically complex product set and use that knowledge as a commercial advantage
