**About the Role**:
As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll help lead the team and bring the Harris Scarfe experience to life - creating a warm, welcoming store environment and delivering on sales, service, and team culture.
- Support the Store Manager across all areas of the business
- Lead by example - setting high standards in service, safety, and presentation
- Train, coach, and support your team to build skills and confidence
- Oversee stock handling, merchandising, and compliance processes
- Help drive robust results across departments
- Support a collaborative and inclusive team culture
- Make every customer interaction count - every day
** What You'll Bring**:
You’re a hands-on leader with a passion for retail and a genuine love of people. With strong communication and great attention to detail, you know how to get the best from your team - and keep the customer at the heart of everything you do.
- Previous experience in leadership or supervisor roles with retail or hospitality.
- A people-first mindset with strong coaching and team-building skills
- Great communication and a calm, solutions-focused approach
- Confidence in visual merchandising and store presentation
- Organised and efficient, with strong admin and IT skills
- Full availability including weekends, and full working rights in Australia
