We are seeking an inclusive Customer Service and Accounts Manager to lead the strategic and operational delivery of procurement, fleet, plant, stores and facilities. Enabling efficient, compliant, and high-performing services across Council.

This role partners closely with the business to drive value-for-money outcomes, optimise resources, and support

a more agile, sustainable, and future-focused organisation.

About Rous

Our new site will bring together all Council operations under one roof, creating a dynamic, collaborative, and future-focused workplace. Located on a spacious 71-hectare site, the facility has been designed with staff wellbeing, sustainability, and operational excellence in mind. Rous has an operational footprint covering 3,000km2. As a county council, we are responsible for providing three specific functions; bulk water supply, weed biosecurity and flood mitigation.
