With continued investment in systems, people and growth strategy the company is entering an exciting phase of expansion and is seeking an experienced Dealer Relationship Manager to lead performance across the NSW region.
This role is responsible for driving sales leadership, dealer engagement and regional performance. You will take ownership of operational sales targets, business development initiatives and dealership performance outcomes, while being supported by the wider team.
Responsibilities
* Driving regional sales performance through achievement of volume, NAF and KPI targets, supported by structured sales plans and forecasting analysis.
* Building and strengthening relationships across the dealer and introducer network to grow retail finance, wholesale floorplan and omni-channel opportunities.
* Developing strategic action plans to improve dealership performance, identify incremental finance opportunities and reduce leakage.
* Delivering high-quality training across systems, products and processes to ensure strong engagement, compliance adherence and commercial outcomes.
* Acting as a brand ambassador to enhance market presence, protect reputation and build long-term partner loyalty.
* Monitoring competitor activity and industry trends to maintain a strong commercial edge and share best practice across the broader Sales Team.
* Partnering closely with Credit, Customer Service and Compliance teams to maintain service excellence and uphold Responsible Lending standards.
What we need
* Proven experience in dealer finance, asset finance or automotive finance
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Ability to build and influence senior stakeholder relationships
* Confident delivering training and coaching across dealership networks
* Comfortable operating autonomously with regular regional travel
