**Purpose of the role**:
We are seeking an experienced and driven **Supplier Assurance Auditor **to join us full-time within our brand new Global Head Office in Collingwood.

The Supplier Assurance Coordinator will work to ensure that Aesop’s suppliers meet quality standards, regulations, and contracts. This will involve assessing supplier systems, conducting audits, identifying issues, and collaborating with the wider Aesop business on effective corrective actions.

You will also maintain a supplier performance database and provide regular insights and reports to Aesop senior management. Your goal is to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain that meets the organization's quality requirements and satisfies Aesop’s customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead supplier and contract manufacturer audits to assess compliance with quality and pharmaceutical standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry-specific guidelines (e.g., ISO9001, PIC/S, TGA, FDA).
- Ensure the evaluation and qualification of new suppliers and contract manufacturers, as well as ongoing assessment of their performance.
- Manage non-conformances and develop effective corrective action plans to address identified issues with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
- Monitor supplier and contract manufacturer performance using metrics and scorecards to drive continuous improvement in their quality processes.
- Maintain comprehensive audit records and prepare reports to document findings and communicate audit results to suppliers, contract manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.
- Foster collaborative relationships with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and internal teams to promote effective supplier and contract manufacturer management.
- Provide training and guidance to suppliers, contract manufacturers, and internal stakeholders on quality requirements and improvement opportunities.
- Improve the current Supplier Assurance Database/Register for enhanced reporting and data analysis, encompassing both suppliers and contract manufacturers.
- Assess and mitigate supplier and contract manufacturer risks to ensure a reliable and resilient supply chain.

**What we are looking for**:

- Lead auditor certified (e.g. In ISO9001, ISO19011) or of equivalence
- Experience in building and maintaining a supplier asusrance/performance system
- Proven track record of non conformance resolution.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations (e.g. ISO9001,PIC/S,TGA,FDA).
- Experience in influencing cross-functional teams to implement process.
- Proficient in quality management software and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability and willingness for interstate and overseas travel
