About the Role
As a Fleet Disposal Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing asset returns through accountable and transparent processes.
The successful candidate will have extensive fleet operational management/disposal expertise, knowledge of vehicles, and understanding of the vehicle market.
This position requires a high level of stakeholder engagement, outcomes delivery, time management, data analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities include leading day-to-day disposals operations, delivering on financial commitments, and measuring performance to achieve optimal sales results.
* Lead the decommissioning, rectification, and sales arrangements at auction house and in the office.
* Deliver key income actions through increased accountability in accordance with government legislation, policies, and procedures.
* Act as the client's representative by liaising with disposals contractors to facilitate optimal asset returns.
* Measure weekly performance on auction house and implement changes to achieve best sales results.
* Provide detailed weekly and monthly reporting with trends, analysis, recommendations, and action plans.
* Maintain effective liaison with internal and external client groups.
