We are seeking experienced Desktop Deployment Specialists to support a national rollout for a well-known professional services organisation.
This is a hands-on, people-facing role ideal for a strong Level 2 / Level 2.5 technician who enjoys structured work, face-to-face user interaction, and working in well-organised environments.
Tuesday to Thursday | Business Hours | 6-month engagement (reviewed thereafter)

What you'll be doing
This is not a helpdesk role.
This is a structured deployment and user cutover role where you will:
* Build and prepare laptops using an SCCM Task Sequence
* Work from pre-approved service requests
* Manage local device stock at the site
* Schedule face-to-face device cutovers with end users
* Perform cutovers (approx. 30 minutes per user)
* Target up to 8 user cutovers per day
* Update CMDB records in Freshservice
* Provide a smooth, professional handover experience for users
All processes, instructions and workflows are already established. You will be supported by local IT teams.

What we're looking for
You are a technician who:
* Has solid Level 2 desktop support / deployment experience
* Is confident building devices using SCCM
* Is organised and process-driven
* Enjoys face-to-face interaction with end users
* Communicates clearly and professionally
* Can work independently onsite
* Takes pride in accurate CMDB / documentation updates
