 
        
        Job Description — Talent Acquisition Specialist (ANZ) 
Location: Sydney or Melbourne, Australia 
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent 
As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist, you will be an integral member of the Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) Talent Acquisition Team and broader ANZ People function. The Campus Talent Acquisition team owns the undergraduate campus engagement model for BCG, including events and marketing, and ongoing hiring at the Associate (graduate) level. 
Responsibilities 
- Plan and execute recruitment campaigns for Associate roles to engage and attract target candidates in a competitive recruiting landscape 
- Provide support for proactive pipelining activities for the Associate cohort 
- Identify and drive improvements and efficiencies throughout the recruitment process using analytics and a data‑driven approach 
- Focus on diversity recruiting initiatives and monitor market trends 
- Be the face of BCG at campus recruiting events; design and execute campus events for Associate and Scholarship campaigns, including logistics 
- Own BCG’s relationships with student societies, clubs, career services, faculties, and colleges 
- Own the BCG Strategy Academy Masterclass series of events 
- Track ROI from marketing activities to determine best results 
- Develop marketing for campus activities, including Associate and Scholarship campaigns and social media 
- Develop a 12‑month communication plan for internal and external stakeholders related to Associate recruitment 
- Build a library of employer brand content to improve candidate diversity 
- Collaborate with the ANZ TA team and cross‑functional partners to drive participation in recruiting activities 
- Embed global best practices and identify process improvements 
Qualifications / What You'll Bring 
- Strong TA experience (ideally in campus hiring) in a fast‑paced workplace; experience in professional services or campus recruiting preferred 
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
- High integrity, reliability and ethical grounding

- Motivated, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement 
- Excellent organization and project management skills with strong attention to detail

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies

- Ability to work independently and in a team 
- Strong decision‑making and knowledge of 3PL, warehousing, and logistics 
- Ability to acquire current clients and manage ongoing relationships 
- Cross‑functional collaboration with HR consulting professionals
