We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, recording, and responding to IT incidents and requests, leveraging strong interpersonal skills to engage with IT support teams and external partners.
The Service Desk provides first-level IT support to our team members across Australia, working alongside colleagues to deliver services in a timely manner. We require someone who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality support and guidance to our staff.
To succeed in this role
 * 1-2 years previous IT service and support experience
 * Tertiary qualification from a recognised institution
 * Strong written and oral communication skills, with a customer service orientation
 * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Strong time management skills
 * Basic understanding of the ITIL framework
