**Job Description**
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and developing strategic plans.
Scope:
The Sales Director will be responsible for managing existing sales teams, planning and implementing sales strategies, marketing programs, and product development initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve corporate objectives
* Manage sales/marketing operating budgets
* Oversee advertising and promotion activities
* Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share
* Ensure effective control of marketing results
* Monitor competitor products and sales activities
* Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers
* Guide preparation of marketing activity reports
* Direct sales forecasting activities
* Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations
* Represent the company at trade association meetings
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business (Masters preferred)
* Minimum 5-10 years related experience with progressive managerial responsibilities
* Ability to effectively communicate with co-management, internal and external customers
* Demonstrated in-depth sales and marketing techniques and financial principles
Training Requirements:
* Complete all necessary training as required by assigned department and position
