About the Role
As a Boiler/Turbine Production Operator, you will:
* Operate and monitor boilers, turbines, and other high-risk equipment, ensuring safe and efficient production of steam and utilities critical to site operations.
* Optimise equipment performance while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.
* Work collaboratively to identify and resolve operational challenges.

What We're Looking For
* Proven commitment to safety in high-risk, regulated environments
* Experience in boiler and turbine operations (highly regarded)
* High-Risk Work Licence for boiler/turbine operations (advantageous)
* Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
* Must have current Australian working rights and be based in Australia
