Western NSW Local Health District is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to provide clinical education and training to promote improved nursing care within the Western NSW region.
The successful candidate will assist in upskilling nurses across a broad range of proficiencies, facilitating learning through various approaches. They will demonstrate advanced clinical nursing skills and use technology appropriately in the clinical area.
As an experienced educator with a sound understanding of learning and assessment principles, the successful candidate will provide day-to-day and one-on-one clinical education along with in-services to meet team and individual learning needs.
The ideal candidate will promote a culture of continuous learning and development, providing clinical leadership, preceptorship, mentorship, and role modelling to support a collaborative approach to learning and development.
