Tapes To Digital is seeking a talented Tech Junkie/Savvy Customer Service Person to join our growing team on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities:
* Flexible Hours: Manage your time around your full-time job, working from home.
* Tech-Savvy Work: Handle analog to digital conversions with provided equipment and support customers with tech-related queries.
* Customer Interaction: Meet customers at your door, requiring excellent communication skills.
* Equipment Provided: We supply everything needed to get started, including digital converters and software tools.
What We're Looking For:
* Tech Enthusiasts: You're the person everyone turns to for tech advice and love doing it.
* ABN Required: Must have an Australian Business Number (ABN) or be willing to obtain one.
* Great Communicator: Able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical people.
* Proactive & Independent: Capable of solving problems independently and a quick learner.
* Transport: Have a car and a valid driver's license.
* Home Office Ready: Stable internet connection, sufficient space for equipment, and currently working from home full-time.
