We're a dynamic startup experiencing significant growth, and we're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Patient Onboarding Support member to join our team. In this vital role, you'll be the first point of contact for new patients, guiding them through the process of getting started on our platform.
Your primary goal will be to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience, ultimately helping as many patients as possible utilise our valuable service.
What You'll Do:
 * Engage with Patients: Handle inbound and make outbound calls to new and prospective patients, providing a welcoming and informative experience.
 * Guide Onboarding Process: Walk patients through each step of our platform's sign-up and initial setup process.
 * Explain Complex Information Simply: Clearly explain the benefits and features of our service, including the specific process for prescriptions and medication funding,
 * Troubleshoot (Basic): Provide basic technical assistance for common onboarding issues, or efficiently escalate more complex problems to the appropriate team.
 * Maintain Meticulous Records: Accurately and consistently record patient information and interactions in our system, ensuring everything is tracked efficiently.
 * Evolve with Us: As a growing startup, your role may adapt and evolve. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and take on new responsibilities as we scale.
What You'll Bring:
 * Call Centre/customer service/medical receptionist experience: Proven experience in a customer service environment, demonstrating comfort and proficiency with high call volumes.
 * Superb Organisational Skills: You are exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail and strong time management abilities. You can juggle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain accurate records without missing a beat.
 * Startup Mindset: You're not just comfortable with, but excited by the dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving nature of a startup environment. You're a self-starter who thrives on ambiguity and can independently drive results.
