**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a driven and motivated Marketplace Merchandiser to join our team on a 6 month contract. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operating rhythm of our online Marketplace including stock and trade management, as well as commercial and growth opportunities. Your focus areas will support the brand in maximising growth opportunities by ensuring our customers have access to styles, sizes and best sellers that suit their needs by monitoring online sales and SOH, by working back with brands to ensure availability. We will look to you report on and analyse weekly performance to provide insights on trends and product lifecycles to determine on-demand forecasts as well as identifying trading opportunities. You will work alongside key stakeholders such as brand partners, DC and merchandise teams to deliver on products that our customers love. We are looking for someone who has a high level of attention to detail and analytical problem solving, if this sounds like you then this could be your new role.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

- Demonstrated experience in a similar Merchandiser role
- Experience working within an eCommerce business is highly regarded
- Retail Planning and Merchandise Management experience is highly regarded
- Excellent analytical skills, including the use of web analytics tool, financial analysis and forecasting to provide insights that will inform decision making
- Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to adapt to a dynamic and ever-better environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability confidently communicate with all levels of stakeholders
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including product teams, DC teams and key stakeholders
- Proven planning, organisational and time management skills to adhere to timelines
