The Role
* Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries
* Review financial statements, income tax returns, and BASs prepared by junior team members
* Work across key tax areas - CGT, GST, FBT, Div7a, PSI and trust distributions
* Identify tax planning opportunities and provide business advice
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Drive process improvements and contribute to workflow efficiency
Senior Accountants
* Completed or near completion of the CA/CPA with 3-5 years Australian public practice experience
* Strong communication skills; written and verbal
* Opportunity to work on both compliance and advisory projects
* Management opportunities in the pipeline for the right candidate
* Approx. $90k-$100k package
* 6+ years Australian public practice experience or working in a manager or assistant manager capacity
* Experience managing a client portfolio and leading/supervising a team
* Approx. $100k-150k package
