**The company**
Our client delivers large-scale engines and projects across the retail, industrial, marine, resources, defence and rail sectors.
**The role**
Provides administrative support to established Executive Assistants. Based in Mulgrave, this is a three-month temp role working Monday to Friday, between 9 am - 5 pm. Some WFH days will be available once the initial onboarding process is complete.
**Your duties**:
- Assist in formatting document templates used for internal/external communication, board reporting and various forms
- Coordinating travel and meeting bookings
- Monitoring corporate credit card accounts; processing invoices
- General administrative duties as required
**Your skills**:
- Executive / Personal Assistant or Office Manager background advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Powerpoint
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
