As a Support Worker in our Home & Living team in Sebastopol, you'll be supporting people in their home and community to build skills, enjoy everyday moments, and live life on their terms.

What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting customers with daily living activities such as personal care and mobility
* Encouraging independence and skill development
* Helping people get out into the community and participate in activities they enjoy
* Working alongside a supportive team to deliver person‐centred support
* Advocating for the rights, choices and goals of the people we support
