Asset Management Professional
We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Professional to join our team in Perth.
The Role:
This is a unique opportunity to work on a large national FM service provider contract, providing asset management planning and support for daily maintenance, cleaning, transport, power supply, grounds, minor works, refurbishments, and more.
Key Accountabilities:
* Ensure compliance with preventive/planned maintenance planning, reviewing all activities on a weekly basis.
* Review and update the asset register to ensure accurate information based on available data sources.
* Provide month-end operational and asset management reporting.
* Closing gaps of non-compliant items.
* Variation management including assets, PPM & locations.
* Accuracy of asset register and procurement scope.
* Finalisation of procurement schedules.
* Improve asset performance and risk management.
* Conduct audit programs for asset data collection.
* Support maintenance services procurement and maintain contractor relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Trade or tertiary-qualified with at least 5 years' experience in Asset Management in a Facilities Management or Maintenance industry.
* Experience working in Facilities Management, Building Services or M&E Maintenance supporting Tertiary Education, Defence, Health, Resorts, Camp or Government premises.

Requirements:
Self-directed with the ability to plan and execute multiple tasks. Understanding of ISO55001 and professional customer service approach. Strong Microsoft skills in Word and Excel, and experience in CMMS.
