Job Description: As an Afterhours Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment process, working outside of regular business hours to ensure that our clients' needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Working hours are 5:00am -11:00 Monday - Friday - These hours could increase in 2026 depending on client and site demands.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Client Communication: Maintaining regular communication with clients to notify of absenteeism reporting & provide updates.
* Database Management: Updating and maintaining our candidate database with accurate and up-to-date information.
* Screening and Booking Interviews: Conducting initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in recruitment or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
* Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours.
