About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing commercial laundry equipment in the Wollongong and Illawara areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to breakdown calls and diagnose issues with commercial laundry equipment.
* Support the installation of new equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks.
* Build strong relationships with customers and deliver high-quality service outcomes.
Requirements
* A Disconnect/Reconnect Electrical License is essential for this role.
* Trade background in Mechanical, Refrigeration, Electrical, Plumbing, Gas, Air Conditioning, Appliance Repair, Metal Fabrication, or Forklift Maintenance is required.
* Candidates must hold a current driver's license and possess technical aptitude and diagnostic skills.
* Prior experience in service and maintenance is highly regarded.
* Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously are essential.
* Willingness to learn and undertake additional training is necessary.
* The ability to travel within the Wollongong and Illawara areas is required.
