About the role
We are looking for a new Spare Parts/Accessory Salesperson to join our team doing;
* Spare part and accessory sales – phone and in store
* Provide parts for workshop servicing needs
* Ordering and receiving parts and accessory stock
* Proactively follow up customer quotes and orders
* Showroom merchandising and presentation
About you
* Demonstrated mechanical knowledge and experience in a similar role in the motorcycle or automotive industry. Motorcycles product knowledge a strong advantage
* Excellence in customer service including building rapport and managing the customer journey effectively
* High level of initiative and action orientation, time management coupled with good attention to detail
* Presents and communicates professionally by phone and in face to face interactions
* Ability to work a 5 day roster over Monday – Saturday
* Must hold clean current car drivers license
* Strong level of computer literacy and previous experience in C9 software would be an advantage
