Job Title:
Concrete Construction Team Lead
We are seeking a skilled and experienced construction team lead to oversee the construction and maintenance of structures and general concrete works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
* Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets in consultation with stakeholders.
* Maintain high levels of safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
* Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects that meet their requirements.
Requirements:
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Building or related field;
* Minimum 5 years' experience in construction management or supervision;
* Certificate III in Building & Construction/Carpentry or equivalent;
* National Licence for High Risk Work (DG, WP, CN);
* Traffic Controller Certificate/ Traffic Control Work Training Card (TCR) or ability and willingness to obtain one;
* SafeWork NSW General Construction Induction card ('White Card');
Desirable Qualifications:
* Work safely in the vicinity of live electrical apparatus as a non-electrical workers accreditation;
* Enter and Work in Confined Spaces accreditation;
* Ability and willingness to participate in an on-call roster as required;
The salary will be in accordance with qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include a Level 1 Adverse Working Conditions Allowance where applicable.
