We are seeking a detail-focused Pricing Accounts Administrator to support the onboarding of a new supplier and the setup of pricing data within an existing finance and ERP environment. This is a hands-on contract role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, data migration, and pricing structures. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will work closely with New Zealand based operations teams to ensure accurate and timely transfer of supplier and product information. Key Responsibilities Onboard a new supplier from their existing SAP system into MYOB Exo Transfer, validate, and reconcile data between systems Set up and maintain product pricing and supplier records Support inventory and stock-related data requirements Collaborate with finance and NZ operations to resolve issues Assist with pricing reports and general data integrity checks About You Previous experience in a pricing, finance administration, or data-focused role Strong ERP system experience (SAP and/or MYOB Exo highly regarded) Comfortable working with large data sets and complex information Experience with inventory or stock management is desirable Highly tech-savvy with strong attention to detail Clear communicator who works well across teams and time zones What’s on Offer Short-term contract role (minimum 2 months) Immediate start available Flexible/hybrid working arrangements Dandenong South location Interested?
