Financial Operations Specialist
Our organization requires a Financial Operations Specialist to provide high-level support, advice and administrative processing of staff resources and financial services.
This role involves establishing, preparing and processing complex financial transactions, as well as supporting vendor management and financial processes at an organizational level.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent competency, substantial relevant administrative experience in an accounting related role, and proficiency in a range of computing skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of financial accounting practices and integrated systems is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and process high volume, complex financial transactions
* Support vendor management and financial processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent competency
* Substantial relevant administrative experience in an accounting related role
* Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email
* Highly developed analytical and numeracy skills
* Demonstrated knowledge of financial accounting practices and integrated systems
