We’re currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a commercial build fit out project in Tyneside working for a forward-thinking construction organisation
Responsibilities
* Managing day-to-day site operations on a commercial fit out
* Coordinating trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Ensuring H&S standards are met and documentation is up-to-date
* Driving the programme to ensure project milestones are achieved
* Liaising with project managers and clients to report progress
Qualifications
* Strong leadership and site management skills
* SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
* Ability to manage multiple trades and keep the project on programme
