The Role
We're seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to drive strategic growth across digital channels, lead generation, and brand development.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will own the digital roadmap and build a scalable marketing function that delivers measurable results.
Key Priorities
Revitalising SEO/SEM and expanding paid social and PPC
Building a future-first digital funnel strategy - for more effective lead generation opportunities
Enhancing CRM and website performance, leveraging automation and AI
Structuring the right mix of in-house, offshore, and agency resources
Driving brand awareness in emerging categories like internet and solar
About You
You're a strategic, hands-on marketer with a track record of scaling digital functions and delivering commercial outcomes.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable working with a blank canvas.
Key Experience Needed
High-volume B2C lead generation and performance marketing
Managing multi-million-dollar ad budgets
SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid social expertise
CRM and marketing automation (Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar)
Experience in energy, insurance, e-commerce, or call centre-driven funnels
Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
Entrepreneurial mindset or agency background highly regarded
