We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support the effective implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) systems across multiple FIFO project sites.
This role ensures compliance with legislative requirements, client and industry standards, and internal HSE management systems, while actively promoting a strong, proactive safety culture across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
Provide HSE support across multiple projects
* Implement and maintain project‑specific HSE Management Plans
* Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, client standards, and contractual requirements
* Conduct site inspections, audits, hazard identification, and incident investigations (ICAM/Taproot)
* Facilitate toolbox talks, safety meetings, and leadership engagements
* Support risk assessments, SWMS, and corrective action processes
* Maintain accurate HSE reporting and records (Skytrust experience desirable)
* Prepare high-quality incident investigation reports and corrective action plans
About You
* Minimum - Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
* FIFO within remote environment experience
* Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation
* Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to work autonomously across multiple projects
